Introduction
Founded in 2010, Luoyang Guangtuo Drilling Tools Co., Ltd. is located at Jianye Road, Industrial Cluster District, Yiyang County, Luoyang City, enjoying a convenient transportation. It is a newly developed enterprise in a minority of enterprises specializing in production of hollow steel and drilling tool products in the drilling tool industry, which has domestically advanced production and inspection equipment. The company covers an area of 34,000 square meters, has more than 300 employees including more than 30 engineering technicians, and has employed many domestic famous experts of the drilling tool industry as technical advisers to form a technical R&D team with stronger strength, which is responsible for the research and development of new materials, new technologies and now processes. At present, the hollow steel is produced by using large-cross-section rolled square billets and 150*150 continuous casting billets through two domestic leading processes, namely drilling and cored rolling processes. The products are always in a controlled condition during production, and are stable in quality.
The company has realized the annual productivity of 20,000 to 30,000 tons of hollow steel, and mainly produces GTIII and G30 rock drilling rods, which are widely applied to mining, the engineering construction of highways, railways and tunnels, the engineering construction of national large-sized hydropower stations and nuclear power stations, etc.
